Pascual Korchmar

Biography

Pascual Korchmar graduated with honors as a master builder from ORT Technical Schools and obtained his bachelor in architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires. Since 1995 he has been involved in the construction, architecture and real estate development industry. In 2004, Mr. Korchmar moved to Miami, Florida to work with G&D Developers Miami as subsidiary of G&D Developers Argentina.

From 2004 until today Mr. Korchmar has been involved in all facets of development in residential and office condominiums. Mr. Korchmar is involved in the acquisition and disposition of distressed properties in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. In 2012 Mr. Korchmar completed with honors a Master in Real Estate Development at Nova Southeastern University, Florida. Mr. Korchmar is primarily responsible for leading the development team and design/planning of new projects. Mr. Korchmar is also responsible for the acquisition, oversight and disposition of IDG's portfolio.
